A very productive time spent at Kistamassan in Stockholm this week visiting current and potential future partners. A great event that was well attended, and we look forward to attending again next year.
On Wednesday, December 14th, Kevin Higgins (VP, Product Management) gave an hour-long virtual presentation to the Ministry of Health in Oman to showcase Austco’s leading care communications solutions.
Included in the presentation was information about Austco’s entire product line of communications technology and how our hardware and software, when combined, create a seamless ecosystem of critical communications features and solutions.
The way that healthcare staff members communicate, both with patients and with one another, is rapidly changing; and Austco makes it easy for facilities to implement brand new communications technology without leaving their staff feeling overwhelmed.
Also included in Kevin’s presentation on Wednesday were some of the future outlooks for Austco. We look forward to all that 2023 may bring!

At the recent International Hospital Federation Awards, it was great to see our CEO Clayton Astles up on the big screen as part of the Awards Committee. Congratulations to all the winners and honourable mentions for the Austco Excellence Award for Quality and Patient Safety as below:
Gold: Kaiser Permanente Northern California (United States), Automated Early Warning System of Adults at Risk for In-Hospital Clinical Deterioration Advance Alert Monitor (AAM) Program.
Silver: Royal Hospital (Oman), Learning through the cycle of improvement: A comprehensive approach to surgical site infection (SSI) prevention in post cardiac surgery patients.

We are delighted to have presented the Austco Excellence Award for Quality and Patient Safety at the IHF Awards ceremony at the World Hospital Congress in Barcelona on Wednesday. It was a great honour for Dave Webb to be representing Austco at the event, and congratulations to all the winners for their tremendous achievements.
We are proud to announce that Dave Webb, our GM for UK / Europe will be attending the International Hospital Federation Awards next week to present the Austco Excellence Award for Quality and Patient Safety. The Awards Ceremony takes place at the World Hospital Congress in Barcelona from 8th to 11th November 2021.
