Tacera Upgrade Path
Our current Medicom installations can be upgraded to Tacera in a number of ways. One of those is to start with a Hybrid system that brings many benefits of the Tacera system, while utilising the existing Medicom hardware. This week we have been out discussing this with clients and demonstrating the advantages of a Tacera solution.

Appointment to Framework Agreement
Austco Healthcare (UK) are delighted to announce that we have been appointed to the North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative Framework Agreement for Security Services (Lot 3: Nurse Call Systems). This is an exciting step forward for us and we look forward to working with the members of NOE CPC, and letting them see the innovative Nurse Call and clinical communication solutions we have to offer.

Austco were invited to an event in Warsaw by the DIT. Edward Campbell attended this, and a Reception at the British Embassy in Warsaw, a networking event attended by some of Poland’s top health officials and managers. Thanks to the DIT for the invite and for their hospitality.
Visits in London this week
We have been visiting a few clients in London this week to talk about the future and in some cases how Vayyar could be used to help reduce falls as well as improve response times to falls that have happened. Thank you to Paul Sanders for your assistance with a demonstration to one of these clients.

Hybrid Demonstrations
Live demonstration combined with remote demonstration enhances the experience of our potential clients, so helping them to see the full range of features that Tacera can provide. They can see, touch and try out many of the products, but also get to see some of the more advanced features that are not easy include in a demo case (never mind the customs paperwork that would be involved when transporting the case). Built-in RTLS, Pulse Mobile, Voice Activation, Patient Monitoring alarms and much more can be shown in a hybrid demonstration, and using remote system login, the configuration screens for our latest screens can also be shown.

Austco and Vayyar at Falls Prevention Conference
Austco Healthcare and Vayyar Care teamed up to exhibit at the Falls Prevention in Older People Conference at the Hallam Conference Centre in London on Friday.
