Bespoke plates to make a tidy replacement of legacy systems while ensuring HTM compliance is something Austco have been doing for many years. This means we can install flush-fitting product to existing medical trunking, as well as to wall installations where the previous product may be much larger than our call points. This reduces the time and cost of making good, making replacement as easy and cost effective as possible.

In addition to this, we are now on the NOE CPC Framework for Security Services (Lot 3: Nurse Call Systems) which means systems can be replaced without the need to go out to Tender. Our current Medicom installations can be upgraded to Tacera in a number of ways. One of those is to start with a Hybrid system that brings many benefits of the Tacera system, while utilising the existing Medicom hardware. This week we have been out discussing this with clients and demonstrating the advantages of a Tacera solution.

Live demonstration combined with remote demonstration enhances the experience of our potential clients, so helping them to see the full range of features that Tacera can provide. They can see, touch and try out many of the products, but also get to see some of the more advanced features that are not easy include in a demo case (never mind the customs paperwork that would be involved when transporting the case). Built-in RTLS, Pulse Mobile, Voice Activation, Patient Monitoring alarms and much more can be shown in a hybrid demonstration, and using remote system login, the configuration screens for our latest screens can also be shown.
